Okay so yesterday I had re-downloaded The stone prisoner and Blood Dragon Armor in the game and everything was working just dandy. Today I log on and Its corrupted. Its Happened on 2 Other Characters already. It started when I got a new 360 and moved the content over to the new one. Quite frankly its pissing me off and it needs to be fixed.

Except it's probably not...
The DLC is corrupted message is generic, Bioware didn't think it necessary to differentiate between reasons. In your case it probably means something like your DLC is not authorized.
When you switched xboxs, did you go through the painfully manual yet necessary process of license migration on the xbox live website? If you didn't, that might explain the problem.
