The DA:O spoiler forum requires for users to have the game registered in order to post. Your profile does not list DA:O so either you didn't register or the registration hasn't been... registered yet (in which case you might just try again).

I am registered and I re-registered per your suggestion and still cannot post to DA:O Spoilers forum

I am also having the same problem. In addition, I can't even seem to search ANY forum--I even had to stumble across this thread kind of randomly.

A number of people are having that problem. I don't think there is a known solution.
