I purchased 800 Bioware points to purchase the Shadowbroker DLC. I got a receipt that states that I bought it, however the EA store shows no purchase history and I cannot find the points anywhere. I have an order number and everything, just no points.

I am having the same problem...
I have purchased 1200 points in order to buy new contect for ME2, but the points are not being recognized when it comes time to check out.
I purchased it through PayPal, the money has already been removed from my account and I have a transaction and invoice number. I have used this method in the past and the points have been warded instantly.

I have made attempts to email BioWare or find a phone number, but to no avail...

I checked the Paypal dispute center and got EA's automated response with contact info...

Same here. Purchased points through PayPal, got billed, and no points added to my account.

Ok, so the email I sent at support.ea.com, got an automated reply saying that email address is not the place to send emails. Even though I got the email address from the Paypal transaction info. I had to log into EA.com and submit a question.



Hopefully in 24 hours they will respond.



Anyone else having issues like this? EA/BioWare, please stand up?

Same problem in here. I bought my points via instant bank transfer. The status says "transaction finished" and the money is removed from my bank account but still no points.

Quite disappointing for the first DLC purchase :P

Well i just bought 1600 points to get the rest of the DLC's for Mass Effect 2 and its worked fine for me

1600 Points

£12:39 or something through PayPal and downloading right now, so i'm not sure if its fixed or just not there, or it could be i live in the UK and you may not??? Hope that helps
