If you can't purchase points through your profile I can suggest a less than perfect solution.

You can purchase 1600 points for $20.00 (US)
Or purchase 800 points for $10.00 (US)

When you log into the servers and then when you are in the game click on "downloadable content" then you can refresh the point total and it will be there ( was for me), then you can select the DLC's you wanted.

I hope this helps someone out there who may have spent most of their night trying to figure this out.
