For a good alignement cannon party minsc is great lol. And what is not funny about him having sowrd of berserker both in bg1 and 2 and going on a rampage and killing your team and then coming back to himself and talking to me casually about boo -.-
Who should I replace Minsc with?

Replace Minsc? In the words of the emperor, "I find your lack of faith in the mighty Minsc...disturbing!"
On a more serious note, from memory an evil character to directly replace him would be Korgan, who you've already got. If you want pure evil then you may be in trouble, since I believe there's only four evil characters available, meaning that you will have to take on at least one neutral character.
From other people's recommendations Haer'Dalis sounds like a good choice, though I must admit I didn't use him much, something I'll have to change next playthrough...

If you're open to mods you might want to consider Valen or Soulafein. They make for a rather interesting game... to say the least.
