I reinstalled the game, because i wanted to try the new Overlord and Shadowbroker DLC... i saved my Savegames and everything so i could use it for ME3.

Now i copied the whole thing back where it was, and started the game. But the game doesn't acknowledge anything. I have to start again with a new Char. There is no sign of my Savegames.

What can i do?

Not really helping but I had the same problem, I un-installed the game for reasons, ticked the save characters bit and still it deleted them, now I am back and wanting to play have to start again.. Bummer :/
