Hello,

I purchased lair of the shadow broker last week. I am having problems when getting in the car chase. You see i can do the car chase but when it gets to a cinematic it goes black screen for me sometime in right after the cars bump together. now i've tried disabling motion blur which didn't help. also i've tried setting everything on low which didn't help either. I've downloaded it twice and installed it 4 times. i've tried using the patch befor and after installing lotsb neither or which helped. i've noticed other are having this problem as well and there was no comment from bioware.

Now as a customer you probably understand your self how frustrating this can be. I'm sure at some point or another you have purchased something broken or beat up. I would really appreciate it if i can get a response.
