I was looking through the patch notes and I didn't see any mention of this bug. Is it fixed? or does Haste and Momentum still make the momentum character slower? I might have missed this in the notes I was reading.

No, it isn't fixed. If you are on the PC there is an unofficial fix otherwise your best bet is swift salve + momentum.

How much speed do Momentum runes add? Also, some talents (ie Fade Warrior) add to attack speed as well.

Momentum runes add -0.5 speed which is 5% haste.Zy-El wrote...

Problem is, no one at BioWare is likely to give a frakk anymore. We've been asking for a fix for 11 months now and they never even bothered to respond, let alone try and fix the problem. We've had a few patches and a whole damn expansion, but still no one cared enough to fix this.
Now, with DA2 on the way it'll never get fixed. DAO is old news and DA2 is where the money is now. It's really very sad to see actually, as BioWare still makes some of the best PC games out there. The fact that their after sales support is, to be honest, garbage these days makes me very depressed.
Probably the EA factor starting to kick in.
