BUG: Group "Seeking Help" feature inconsistencies

BUG #1) In the group settings, one can select a number of areas in which the group is seeking help: art, animation, programming, audio, scripting, dialog. No matter what choice is checked ALL the areas are displayed in the Group Information on the Group view page.

BUG #2) On the Browse Group page, there is a drop down filter by proficiences sought. This list does NOT correspond to the options that one can select in group settings.
