Another thing I might add, is sunjammers finding (but not 100% proven) that if the cutscene is triggered by area post load script,
case EVENT_TYPE_AREALOAD_POSTLOADEXIT:
{
// load and play the cutscene
CS_LoadCutscene(R"my_cutscene.cut");
break;
}
meaning if the scene is triggered as a part of an area loading, the embedded sounds will *not* play.
