Occasionally, the game will start up after an extremely long time after I click the play button (an hour or more). I have made sure all of my drivers are up to date, scanned for any malware or viruses (clean), and uninstalled and reinstalled the game once and the problem persists.
The game has been installed on my PC since January and this is the first major error I have encountered. As far as I know, I made no changes to the game that would have caused this - it first presented itself last Friday morning (Sept. 17) after the game had worked fine the previous night. I downloaded LOTSB the week before but the game had shown no performance differences or issues since doing so.
Sorry if this problem has been posted elsewhere, but I've performed Google searches and haven't been able to locate anyone else with the exact same issue. Tried everything I can think of and I'm out of ideas! Help!
