I was just wondering, is it possible to change your appearance on an NG+ or not? Also, I am pretty sure this isn't, but is it possible to change your hairstyle anywhere in the game?
Question about NG+

Unfortunately no.
You still retain the same profile you started with - character customization, class, background history, and the same amount of skill points - distributed exactly as you had them at the end of your first playthrough.
As for the change of hairstyle in-game, you can't do that either.
Unless you're playing on the PC and have a save editor (like the Gibb's one) you may be able to (I don't know for sure - I play on the 360)

Nope, there's no way to change your appearance in ME1. If you import the save into ME2 you can change your appearance.

Okay, thought so. Thanks. I love how my char looks but would be nice to change color/style of hair at least, just to change it up. Will simply do so in ME2

Also, to add to this, and this may not be the place to ask, but I figured I would add it since I was on a similar topic: Can you change your first name in ME2 if you import? Can you change your class if you import as well?

You can use Gibbed save editor to do it if you're playing on PC in ME 2, but without the save game editor, no.

Are we talking both name and class? Or just one or the other?

Importing from ME1, you can change your class but not your name.
If importing an ME2 save then you can change neither and need Gibbed. Using Gibbed, when you edit your ME2 save (before you import), you can even change plot 1 variables; make yourself a war hero instead of a survivor or change your ME1 romance choice.

My mistake! You can change your class but not your name. Are you on the PC?

Here is an explanation of renaming a character for ME2
http://www.masseffec...om/renaming.php
By far the easiest way is to use Gibbed's save editor. You can change class and appearance on import to ME2
