I'm pleased with the SB squadmate respec ability, but I would like BW to drop powers that need skill points to be unlocked. Why do you have to spend 3 points in Shockwave to get access to Pull? Same with squadies, I would like to max Pull, Passive and Reave on Samara for example, but this is impossible, you'll have to put 3 points in Throw to unlock Pull - bump.
Agreed.
Why the hell does Garrus need two points in the fantastically useless Concussive Shot to unlock Overload?
Or Jack in the absolutely ****e Shockwave to unlock the awesome Pull?

I thought that Samara was specifically that way because, with Area Reave, she would have potentially too much CC, when combined with Pull Field.
Anyway, the bug with switching abilities on hotbars causing the game to crash on the PC version is still present. If you try to move an ability on to Shepard's bar, it will choose the wrong one, and the icon for the ability will be "offset" - far away from the cursor. That's when you know the game is about to crash. If you keep trying to move abilities, the game CTDs.

I consider that to be an entirely different matter. Yes, Samara is very powerful even without Pull Field, but what you're saying is about balance which is quite important of course, but that isn't the point I'm trying to make. I just don't see the logic in powers unlocking others.

Yeah that happened to me too though it's been a while since it occurred, maybe the 1.02 patch fixed it (for me)

I would like the see a DAO style 'combat system' where you can determine when and which powers will be used by your teammates. The DAO system isn't perfect, but it saves some micro management. There are simply not enough hotkeys available in ME2. The Adept has 4 useful powers (five if you count Shockwave) plus bonus power, if you add medkits that will leave only one slot to be used on a squadmate power.
You can get around this using the (default) Q and E buttons. Miranda for example will always use Overload against shielded enemies and Warp against barriers and armor. So there's no need to waste a hotkey for those situations. Things are getting worse once defenses are gone. Miranda can use Warp or Slam but this seems to be random and can mean the difference between life and death (you sometimes need the CC effect of Slam to stay alive). I would love to see a system to control this. So you can program Miranda to always use Slam on unprotected enemies, Warp on ragdolled enemies and Overload on Pyros to detonate them. This way you don't need hotkeys for Miranda at all - just the Q or E button.
PS I play on PC, but I think 360 players will benefit most due to their limited number of hotkeys - same system can be use on Shep too.

There are similar examples of bugs or trivia on other pages, but I thought we could hear another's opinion about this. When Garrus is scoping out Sidonis, the scope reads "100m" to target, throughout. The next time the camera sees through his scope, it says 31m (and subsequently 32 or 33).
When you visit Anderson in the Citadel the first time, both he and and Udina are having "Clipping" in their eyes. They are flickering, like a white something would all the time spike through their skin around the eyes.

How about the stasis massive damage issue?
That's DLC, slim to none chances of fixing.

I can reproduce it with ease. It happens every time. You go to change the hotbar order from whatever nonsense and doubled powers are up there to what you want. You click on 1 and it grabs and moves one of the other hotbar items or one of the powers in the shift location (and it will be a random power and not always sheps).
If you're lucky, it will be a hotbar item and will just slide it to another random slot. In which case you might be able to move a few around until it mysteriously starts working again. That happens about once in a hundred times. Otherwise the game locks and crashes and if you're lucky you realize that this is going to happen and have saved or quick-saved. If not, it's back to whatever autosave or restart mission you have.

I've just gotten used to saving right before I change it and cross my fingers. Which is plain stupid, but I've learned to just accept some things are the way they are. Kind of like treating games now much like a McD's menu. Things look great on the picture but are never near the standard you expect. Had I purchased the game for the actual gameplay and polish, I would have returned it right away. But, I purchase BW games more for story and hope against hope that it's at least playable in some form, which ME2 has been

I agree on the Samara thing, considering how they flesh her out to be a powerful asari biotic rivaling a matriarch, she should have massive CC.

- Kasumi's passive
- Camera and Shepard are not in sync, sometimes the camera is completely detached and stationary.
- Skywalking sometimes make you invincible.
- Credits found after certain missions not accurate.
I can attest to the bugs above, as well as those Bozorgmehr mentioned. I find that the annoying camera focus bug occurs much more often when playing as a Sentinel, for some reason - since it's almost always when in combat, it usually gets Shep killed due to not being able to take cover properly. If you're lucky you can get it to reset by hacking/bypassing a door or other object. <_<
The Quickslot shuffle crash - I've made a habit of sorting out the powers immediately at the start of a mission...
As for the squadmate shield/armour upgrade bug, Mordin and Grunt are affected like the rest. The difference is that they already have their own upgrades from their passives which do work. After a quicksave-quickload, they'll have even higher shields/armour.
Edit: spelling and formatting.

It's not that I need them to complete the game on any level. I just would like to be able to use them all for variety's sake. The respec at the SB ship is a good start and I use that a lot now (a long repetitive journey to be sure).

Just make it a choice to skip directly to the character creator or play the prologue should the gamer choose to. I wouldn't have so much of an issue with it were it to make a difference or provide more than 3 dialogue options and a walk to Joker.

Once the game has been completed at least once, there should be an option to skip the beginning sequences. Do the two dialogue choices make any difference in the game (para/ren)?
I cannot fathom why they make this mistake in half the games out there. Unskippable cutscenes are one of the most annoying things ever.
The number of times I've heard that conversation between Miranda and TIM... Recently it even crashed just before the actual character creation stuff. Sigh, 10 more minutes.
Of course you can mod it away but you really shouldn't have to.
As for Charge, yes they should work on improving it. I have heard it's worse on the xbox (I play on the xbox), but it's certainly very annoying there. Sometimes it's even denied charging an enemy on the same level, with nothing blocking line of sight.
It will never allow me to successfully charge on the Collector platforms.

It would be great to be able to skip through the cutscenes in the intro/prelude the same way you can during most of the game. I actually minimize the game and do something else, and then come back to make the little choices during the attack, then min out again until I figure it's ready for me at Lazarus Station.
