That's DLC, slim to none chances of fixing.
You know, the problem isn't really "bugs that don't affect gameplay will not be corrected", like Bioware said one time.
It's because the game don't work as is intended.
Take for example a innofensive bug, the quarian slave on Illium.
You have the option to convince the slave trader release her or the Synthetic Insights hire her.
But there's a bug where you can gain paragon/renegade points from both of them: speak with the SI rep, but don't persuade her; convince the slave trader to realease the quarian, then go back to SI rep and convince her to hire the quarian.
You can gain 5 paragon + 5 renegade or 10 paragon or 10 renegade.
I don't believe this will have repercutions in ME3, but let's imagine that Bioware comes with a really good and funny idea for this quest in ME3.
Perhaps a problem will happen just like in Conrad's Verner and now they can't use it because it was bugged and not corrected.
I'm not asking perfection, but some coherence will be good, no one likes a bugged game.
And Mass Effect series are plagged with bugs.
