I've completed all the loyalty missions for all recruited NPC's (except Legion, don't have him yet). And spoken to them all on the Normandy 2 afterwards.

The only loyalty acheivement I have regarding NPC's is Miranda's. According to the in-game console in my cabin.

There are various other Acheivements that I just haven't been credited with... such as Confront the Shadow Broker (dead, Liara is now the Shadow Broker), kill Shadow Broker's Assassin, Technician (done all the weapon/armour/ship upgrades, all greyed out now on research console), View all Advanced Combat Training videos, etc, etc, etc.

What's going on here?

I grabbed most DLC content before starting MS2, I went through MS1 three times on a new PC to reach L60 before re-loading MS2 (and, obviously, re-installing game). I had previously completed MS2 including all loyalty missions on old PC..

Confused, Lue.

PS, love the games.

PC details (irrelevant?):

MB: ASUS Rampage 2 Extreme RoG
CPU: Intel i7 930
RAM: 6G Corsair 2000X
Video: Nvidia 285GTX (x2 in SLI)
Disc: 2x 256GB A-RAM SSD + 1TB Seagate HD, game installed on secondary SSD

Oh, and Windoze 7 Professional

And having just done Jacob's loyalty mission (sorry, the only one I hadn't done, other than Legion, who I have yet to encounter) ... his other Cerberus Officer acheivement hasn't registered either. If anything, I keep losing some. 'The Prodigal' has been replaced with 'Ghost of the Father' and I still don't have Jacob's loyalty acheivement. All screwed up, looks like you have some update that has majorly ruined the acheivement array.

It's all stuffed up.

umm... reprise... i get the the companion look-alike suit replacement for completing the loyalty mission but acheivements aren't there... I'll send you a save game if you need.
