Yeeeesss. Dwarven female LI needs to happen. Probably a Rogue, since we've already got what looks to be a female Warrior available.

I'm guessing a Rogue would be the best bet as well. A rogue would be the best way to make a female dwarf feminine enough, at least as far as strategy goes towards marketing that as a viable option. I'm not saying anything against femDwarf warriors, its just that the majority of players, especially those against the idea, would find it hard to take a warrior LI seriously. I personally would love it but in situations like that supporters have to think about deep protesters' hatred of a controversial decision is, and they would think a female dwarf warrior LI would be "going too far" because they would be too "masculine.

Its all BS, as far as I'm concerned. Bioware should just get on with it and break stereotypes with a sexy, female love interest that happens to be a Dwarf, regardless of her class :lol:

I said Daaaaaaaamn. Think of how strong Hawke could build the battlements of Kirkwall with all the bricks from THAT house.

Give her some leather armor and a proper backstabbin' axe, or an axe and a shield with some massive plate: that girl would NEVER leave my Hawke's party.

@Schneidend- that, my friend, is the Stone Temptress, a REAL woman as far as body-type goes. I'm sure you know that, though. :D, and yes, when I first saw that on DeviantArt, I thought the exact same thing. And I'm with you on everything else you said *thumbs up*



@Dhiro- soignee was just trying to give examples of short women who are hot, and her example was Lil' Kim. I'm not sure if there were other recent pics out there without her dance partner from DWTS, so I tolerated it. Also, who do you mean by "no one"?

The only 2 companions we really know anything about is the pirate chick (who is a rogue) and Varric (who also looks like a rogue). So if we do get a female dwarf I think she will be a warrior, since they can't be mages.

Can't even play  a dwarf in DA2, so that kind of blows it for me. ../../../../images/forum/emoticons/sad.png

have been a nice thing for my Dwarf in DA:O to have another dwarf to
woo...like Gorim or Dagna. Jarvia was nice and rough.

@ShadyKat- Is there a number of companions for the game yet? If it is a huge number, it wouldn't surprise me if they added an extra rogue, since Origins had an extra Warrior. That said, Varric is most likely a Rogue, as you said, so another dwarf rogue... hmm... well still it would be cool. female dwarf warrior would be great as an LI, too.

My doubts are strong about DA2, but I would absolutely love to see them do it with any future DA expansions or sequels.

Why doubts about DA2? We know nothing about any of the romances except for that one of them is a sexy pirate lady who is human. We could get a female dwarf in there.

Edit: And don't say Varric being an LI eliminates the chance for a female dwarf romance. I have seen no confirmation that Varric is an LI, just a lot of people wishing he was, only that he is the narrator of the story. Plus... I have a vague memory of something said about him somewhere that suggested he had a wife and kids.... but maybe I'm not remembering that correctly... Anyways, if anyone has an actual confirmation on any of that please let me know as I have not seen it.

Second Edit: I found what I read about Varric's wife and kids in an interview between Mary and Varric...

"Q. What about a dead wife? Orphaned kid?

A. No, I'm trying to quit."

So there you go... I did not remember that correctly.
