I thought that the original Saren litho was a head shot of him and looked more like a screen shot. Ive never seen that image before that their showing. *shrugs* It looks ok but is too pastel, cartoonish for my taste. Is that Cpt. Anderson in the background?
yes Dan yes it is

I was worried that they were going to lose alot of quality due to the size difference, but they look fantastic. I cant be sure how they compare to the originals until they release the Citadel, Afterlife or Collectors, but I'm happy with the purchase.

I agree with you 100%. Fortunately this is my first damaged order, but I am scratching my head in confusion as to why it hasent been fixed. Im fairly vcertain that paying an extra $4 to cover the cost of better packing supplies would be acceptable to most people if it provided greater security. But as it is, taping the lithos to inside of fairly thin piece cardboard with no buffer at all is about as amateur as it gets. A fix is long overdue. get it done.SIim Charles wrote...
I can't imagine having to replace so many orders is less costly than actually packing the items correctly in the first place. It seems like they are trying to ship for as cheap as possible and just hoping USPS will be careful (which is just an absurd notion, as all of us longtime USPS users will know).
On a semi related note, my friends mom mailed him an original press Beatles white album record. She even wrote do not bend on it. The mailman folded the record in half, snapping it so he could shove it into the mail box. The force required to break a record, not to mention the sound of it breaking....Thats the USPS for you

as a USPS employee I kindly ask that you not lump us all together sadly there are a lot of lazy or just flat out bad postal carriers but that can be said about any job unfortunetly the union makes it difficult for managers to get rid of these people unless they actually cost the postal service money if the record was insured the carrier will certainly be hearing about it and have disciplinary action taken against them (unless the post master is even worse than the carrier) if it wasn't insured they'll still probably get a talking to but that's probably about it. As far as the lithos go they postal employees have no idea what is inside the boxes are not marked in any way that the item is fragile or should not be bent (though the size of the box should give that away) so they aren't technically doing anything wrong (sadly)
Personally the only time I fold or bend anything is if I can feel that it is cloth material inside thus I know it isn't going to damage anything. If the item is at all rigid it goes to the door typically wrapped in a garbage bag incase of rain. If it's in a box I wouldn't even think of trying to bend it..

maybe because we constantly ask to have the shipping fees lowered?

Anyone have pictures of how they were packaged? Thanks in advance.

The cardboard sheet was inbetween the two lithos, which were both facing outwards. They were then put into the bag, which was scotch taped to the inside of the cardboard box. The scotch tape didn't hold, even at the few short miles between my home and the warehouse.

wut? People have been saying for months that they would much rather pay a little more for a better method.
