Is there a way to get Anders face into the toolset?  I want to keep his original face, I just want to give him a tattoo.  Thank you.

Bioware haven't provided the sources for Awakening, so no, there is no way to load his morph into the morph editor (i.e. via an MRH). However, you can edit the MOR in the GFF editor and specify a custom diffuse map.
