Hi everyone !

It's been a while now that i have made some ambient sounds (main area loops, and one-shots) for the project Q.
i'm going to make a release of these but, before doing so, i'd like to know if some of you have particular ideas of ambient you'd like to hear in your maps/worlds/project...

This way it will be a complete "ambient pack" with a maximum of  your needs included.

So feel free to drop your ideas in this Topic, and i'll do my best.

LIST OF AMBIENT LOOPS :

- Ice caves
- Beach
- Floe
- Haunted mountain
- Jungle
- Mysterious jungle
- Swamp
- Aerian trip (for air boat)
- Ocean trip (for sea ships)
- Waterfalls (huge ones)
- Underwater
- Underlake
- Machinery rooms
- Erupted voclano caves
- Erupted voclano
- Dwarven halls
- Elven city

LIST OF AMBIENT SHOTS :

- Divine choirs (singing monks, good for temples)
- Ominous breathing (huge creature asleep)
- Dark magic flourish

Ni.

I could really use ambient clockwork-mechanical sounds and general machinery, for the interior of airships and factories and such.

Thanks for making such excellent custom content!

An underwater loop or perhaps two? one for rivers and lakes another for deep ocean.

I found some useful sounds on a couple of free sound libraries, you probably know them I'll put links anyway just in case.

Ok, thanks for your participation.

So an underwater ambient has been already done... sounds like deep ocean, so let's add another for smaller deeps. And a Machinery room ! I like this idea, duly noted.

An elven town with elves speaking well ...... lol elvish of course in the background.
Another idea I had was a volcano eruption
And in the same note would be some dwarven ambiences maybe like dwarves talking and singing while working in a forge complex

*shrugs* Just a few things I think people could and would get a lot of mileage out of. Really a cool idea though making some new ambients ...thanks :)

Ok, top reply edited.

However, i put the "magical dungeons" sounds in one-shots flourishes to use in existing ambient. I thought about dark magic, but other styles maybe included if you wish.

AND, for the elven and dwarf city, i'll see what i can do, because creating real and cool languages like this are not easy to do, i can't promise anything ! But i'll try ;)

Thank you

Welsh and Finnish have been used as a base in a number of versions of Elven including (I believe) Lord of the Rings. The Grey Company's Elven dictionary opens with "Croeso" (Welcome in Welsh).

You are very welcome. If I think of anything I haven't seen (unique) I'll offer those ideas up as well. And if for w/e reason(s) some of them are not feasible then so be it! :)
