My Third playthrough is Redneck Shepard. Thought I'd share from his point of view.
Finally meets a nice human gal but Shepard ends up repeated molested by alien heathens.
Normandy: Liara probes Shepard in order to see the visions from Eden Prime.
Feros: I wish I took a screenshot but Shepard actually gives Shiala the raised eyebrow staredown when she tells him it's the only way to give him the cipher.
Normandy: Liara probes Shepard in order to see the location of the Conduit.
Srsly. Redneck Shepard is going to need some serious therapy come Mass Effect 3.
Share your ME Stories from the point of view of your Shepard.
Shepard: Taking one for the team.

Pretty much my first imported Shepard was Captain James T. Kirk. No green women, oh well. Blue Chicks and Chicks in Hazmat Suits will do.

My first Shepard, John, was one of lifes good guys. He had a bit of a Messiah complex - he wanted to save the galaxy, one kitten at a time. Massive alien sympathiser. On Noveria, he bought Anoleus to justice, and allowed to Rachni queen to go free - he refused to commit genocide (although I wish there was the option to just hand the queen over to the council). He fell in love with Liara, finding Ash too xenophobic for his liking. However, on Virmire he made the difficult decision to go back and save Ash at the bombsite, because he knew that was the most important thing. He helped with all the survivors issues of Zhu's Hope, and managed to knock out all but one of the colonists non-fatally. Having helped out his squadmates on their individual missions, including Wrex, he was able to save him. At the final confrontation, he tried and failed to talk Saren down, and hesitantly ordered the human fleet to focus on Sovereign.
My second character (finished this afternoon) was Mai Shepard - hardheaded and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. On Feros, she had no time to help the colonists, and sped off straight to Exogeni - more than half the colonists died on the return assault. On Noveria, she killed the Rachni queen - she didn't like the idea of genocide, but saw no other choice to stop the Rachni wars from happening again. She too returned to the bomb site on Virmire, not because her love interest Kaiden was there, but because she knew that was the most important thing. Indoctrinated characters were killed (Shiala et al), as she couldn't take the risk. She had a much better understanding of Saren than John, as he'd done much as she could have easily done if she'd found herself in his shoes - what he thought was necessary. However, she made no efforts to talk him down on the Citadel, instead focussing on her mission. She had the Fleet focus on Sovereign, leading to a human council.

My first Shepard, Kevin, was the archetypal White Knight. A spacer kid with a strong grounding in humanistic and Alliance values, he saved Elysium. As a result of his childhood spent in space, constantly coming into contact with non-humans, he developed a very tolerant attitude towards aliens and believes humans should work together with them to build the future, rather than dominate them. As such, he enthusiastically welcomed the non-human squadmates to his party, and befriended all of them. He helped the colonists on Feros, though was forced to kill Ethan Jeong. He defeated the Thorian without the loss of a single colonist, and let Shiala live. On Noveria, he saved the rachni queen, having been persuaded by her arguments. On Virmire, he went back to save Kaidan at the bomb site. He talked Saren into killing himself, and ordered the Fifth Fleet to save the Destiny Ascension. Throughout, Kevin Shepard always helped out, be the request from Admiral Hackett or people on the street, and was unfailingly courteous to all of them, no matter their disposition. He confided to Ashley that he believes in God. His only sins were selling Cerberus intel to the Shadow Broker rather than the Alliance, as he hoped that would open up the Shadow Broker's resources to him in the future (it did not) and rebuffing Liara's advances, as much as it hurt him, so he could save himself for Tali.
My second Shepard, Trevor, had a more tortured past. A colonist who watched his parents and friends slaughtered on Mindoir, he later lost his entire unit on Akuze. As such, he began the events of Mass Effect very gruff and irrascible, badgering the colonists on Eden Prime to hand over their weapons. However, as time wore on, due to the positive effects of his squadmates, the encounter with Talitha, and the words of a certain asari consort, Trevor Shepard became a redeemed man. His motivations, rather than anger over the loss of his family and unit, became a desire to honor their memory and to live how his parents had raised him. As such, he became more tolerant of aliens, and was willing to work closely with them. On Noveria he saved the rachni queen, desite Ashley's fervid protests against doing so. On Feros, moved by the colonists' plight and how it reminded him of his own past, he vowed not to let Feros turn into another Mindoir, and did all he could to save the colony, including sparing Ethan Jeong, Shiala, and every one of the colonists. On Virmire, he saved Kaidan because he was (1) at the bomb site, and (2) the superior officer. At the Battle of the Citadel, he was able to talk Saren down. Despite his somewhat rocky history with them, he saved the Council. Throughout, he always helped others, though it was at times against his better judgment. He was known more for his sarcastic humor and occasional angry bursts, rather than courtesy and compassion, though those were present as well. He confided to Ashley that he believed in God, as that's how his parents had raised him and he wished to be reunited with them on the other side. He did not sell intel to the Shadow Broker, as his loyalty to the Alliance was unquestionable, as they had given him the chance to pick up the shattered pieces of his life following Mindoir. As a Vanguard, he found love in the arms of fellow biotic Liara, who always served as his "better half," counciling compassion and forgiveness in all situations, even with the rachni. Trevor Shepard is overall a man haunted by his past and unforgiving on himself for his failures, but ultimately tries to rise above it all with the help of his friends.

Some scenarios from Merlin Shepard's point of view (Renegon Vanguard).
-On Noveria. Shepard wonders why he didn't just blow the doors to the garage open. He's so overpowered he probably could. Or maybe just kill the guard and take her authorisation.
(And they say ME2 has plotholes...)
-Coversation with Saren on Virmire in ME1. He never thought of telling Garrus to line up a headshot during that entire conversation.
-After getting Saren to commit suicide "and people say I talk them to death..."
-I like to think that my Shep and Joker had an arguement about the name for the new Normandy and my Shep oringinally wanted it to be "The Reaper Raper."
-He looks back at how he dealed with Morinth and wonders why he didn't just get Garrus to snipe her.
-Shepard wonders why the Human-Reaper didn't start to have a lengthy conversation with him like most big enemies did two years ago.
