In the editor, I see something called "DEN_RestoreInventory(oAlistair)" but, I can not get that to run by typing it in with "runscript". There should be a way to simply run the exact script that fixes the problem. It would be great if they would just let us talk to her maid in the room she goes to after the rescue and had the option on her to remove the disguises; or, on the armor itself.

So much for that idea.
The worst part is that it took many attempts to kill that nasty right hand woman, having to do that all over again is going to be annoying.

Following up on Invernus Moon's solution, here is what I did to fix it just now:
(Here's where I started. I completed the "Captured!" quest and had just returned to Anora and Eamon for the first time. Still in disguise...)
1. Ran game in developer's mode (if you don't know how to do this look online)
2. Went outside of the estate and selected the disguised people to be my party. (Don't start from inside, otherwise you are alone)
3. Typed "runscript zz_den_debug"
4. Chose "Warp to Plot Point"
5. Next chose "Warp to Arl's Estate after Howe died."
6. Walked to original dungeon entrance. (In my case, to get the dungeon I walked through the room where you get captured in the first place. All of Loghain's guards and Ser Catheryn were there along with Anora...but none of them attacked. Also - in one of my previous attempts at this, she DID attack and its the hardest fight ever, and you can't continue with this unless she is defeated.)
7. When I went through the dungeon, it looked like nothing happen, though when I checked my inventory, the guard's uniforms were there; which was odd considering all my characters were still wearing it.
8. I left that entrance and went through it a second time. This time, I was still wearing the disguise but when I checked my inventory, the disguises were gone from the backpack, and in their place was all of my regular armor which had previously disappeared. I still couldn't equip it though.
9. I left the entrance and went through a THIRD time, and this time all of my characters came through naked. I then opened my inventory and equipped the armor they required.
10. I ran the console again, and typed "runscript zz_den_debug"
11. I chose "Warp to plot point" followed by "Rescue and Captured! completed."
12. I was back to the right point in the story, I was out of disguise, and ready to go!
In Invernus Moon's case, the party ratings got messed up. In my case, they didn't. Double check his previous post if this happens to you.
Otherwise, I hope this helps!!!!
Thank you sooooooo much <3. I found this after brooding all night about how I was going to have to replay 6 hours. Incidentally, I simply warped to the estate, not using the plot point, and it worked the same. Maybe because I did this right after I got back.

I ran developers mode (I edited the keybindings first, as the hotkeys for the console were unassigned) and followed the steps. The boss-gal in the estate would trigger every time I tried to enter the dungeon, so I just warped into the dungeon instead (after Howe is dead), exited the dungeon, entered, exited, entered and so on until all my gear was back in my inventory.
I equipped it, saved, and warped to plot point _after_ Captured! is finished. I saved, exited the game and opened it in "normal" mode, everything was fine.
I regret not trying this right away, I actually tried restoring deleted save points first lol.

It's still a shame that Bioware has done nothing to address this. I have no idea how they plan on doing SWTOR, one of the most anticipated MMO's, when they can't even help the community of this game.....

I had finished Captured! when I discovered that I couldn't unequip the disguise and all my gear was gone.

So I have opened the Developers console, I think. I can not see it, but 'C' does not open the Character sheet anymore. After that I have to type "runscript zz_den_debug" right? But it doesn't do anything.
How do you solve this issue if you can not run/use the console?
ADD:
i got the debug option to work by pressing Backspace a couple of times before typing the runscript. Maybe it cleans up the command line '~'.
Now the problem is to get it to work. Morrigan is getting her stuff back. The rest is not...

Start developer console (http://dragonage.wik...om/wiki/Console)
Press Backspace a couple of times
Enter: runscript zz_den_debug
Jump to Plot Point
Jump to Rescue
Inside the Estate, Howe killed
Talk to the Intimate guard (Vaughan Room) (I had not triggered this yet, I think you can trigger discovery by walking in to any enemy. If this is only the end boss/group I suggest using killallhostiles after getting discovered)
Discovery got Morrigan fully unequipped. I was able to put all her equipment back. Alistair and Leliana only had their main armor back on. Main character was still fully in guard uniform.
NEXT
runscript zz_economizer
This unequips everything and gives you 125 bag space. You can re-equip all your gear and you have bonus bag space. Not bad for the grief that was suffered
Now the Wiki says:
runscript zz_economizer - Unequips all gear you're wearing. SIDE EFFECT: automatically sets your inventory capacity to the maximum (125). Won't unequip items, if there is no place left in the inventory. Can be used to remove the bugged disguise armor after Resue the Queen quest (the infamous game-breaking disguise armor bug) , though it won't restore any of your original (pre-disguise) gear, of course.
But I think I have everything that I had before. Not completely sure though. My other save was 13 hours before this one.
Hope this works for everyone! Cause it's a great game and it would be sad to miss the rest because of this minor flaw

Even just adding a remove disguise option to armor vendors or a rule that disguises get removed automatically in camp would be good.
I'm planning on just finished the game with the disguise on and then starting a new game.
