When entering the opening "battle" there are NO Dark Spawn. OK that is not entirely accurate, The first 3 that come in the CG cut scene are there... but they are the only ones. The sounds of battle and screams, are surreal because there are no bad guys. The Merchant is cowering and begging to be saved from nothing... one solder is screaming that he can't kill all of them alone, but he is alone. All the chests are giving loot, including the helmet with the wings.

I am running Vista 32 bit Ultra.  My game is patched to 1.4.

I hope this is posted in the right place, because I need help in a bad way.
