How do I stop this?

I need some assistance please, because I've tried modified the graphics, everything that I know of.
I have to completely strip everything from my character, then equip everything, and if I want to keep everything equipped without that, I have to save and reload..how do I stop that from happening?!
Odd Graphics issue upon equipping boots, gloves or accessories.

It's an old quirk with belts, no way around it, really, other than to remember to remove belt first and put on belt last when using clothes/armor.
Some custom and some in-game armor, utilizes the armor's "belt" slot in the toolset for altering armor appearance. When armor uses the belt slot, the appearance can be affected if the character has a belt equipped in the character's in-game belt slot when changing armor.
