Hi I've just imported my ME1 character (lvl 60) toa new ME 2, but few things I found strange, firstly my Shepard starts from level 1 and none of the paragon points were transfered (I achieved 100% paragon in ME1). I just installed all the DLC and cebreus content recently and I've used cheats in my ME 1 playthought (givexp and give talent points), does any of these has got anything to do with loss of exp and alignment points? please help.

Did you by any chance start a new game by selecting the option "Import ME1 character"? If you did, you should have been able to get to a screen where you can choose your ME1 import (and the short list of stats and plot-related stuff). If done correctly, you should be starting at level 5 and have 190 Paragon points (and whatever credits and resource bonuses). Using cheats in ME1 shouldn't really have any adverse effect on the import (I've done it as well and have been able to import my characters flawlessly)..
