I'm playing through as an evil Cleric so obviously I have the Talos temple as my stronghold. I've checked the best things that you're supposed to do with the people who come to you for help but everything i read mentions taking the head of the girl Rania after you kill her so you can frame the guy who comes to you next, problem is, it doesnt matter how many times I do it, she doesnt drop her head. All she has on her is some gold and a dagger.

Anyone know what that's about?

Haven't done this quest in a long time (and only once), but a check with Shadowkeeper revealed no Rania-related items, head or otherwise.
