I remember a long time ago there was a server claled "DM Pass is Fish" or something thats map was set to chapter 2, and basically anyone could be DM except they got some powers removed. Basically the ability to kick/ban, which where given to the real admins (used with some items to do this, that would only work for certain people), and the rules where basically have fun, and dm's can't mess with players. 98% of the time there was one of the real dms (people who could kick/ban) on so people always followed the rules.

Anyone else been on this server/server like it? (its frigen fun)

No, not me. But our server does allow NEW DMs, has a complete program with docs and maps and all for new DMs to use. See sig for details.
