I was replaying me1 last night and I noticed something in the bunker that I had forgotten about. When you flip the switch that opens the door to Saren, what looks and sounds like vigils ai program starts up with a broken message. After this however is a completey different voice talking, I wonder who this might be(prothean scientist,human)?
This is probably a reach but I wonder if it will come up at all in part 3.

Are you talking about the bunker where the Prothean message was autoplaying? I think it might have sounded differently because the first time you hear it it is gobblededook and then next Shep hears it so he understands it from Prothean.
