Imoen got confused by a beholder and no longer how long I wait, or how many times I rest, or how many times I try to dispel, the confusion never runs out.

If I remove her from the party, and try talking to her, I get the message that "Imoen appears busy".

Anyone know how to fix this (I presume there must be some arcane CLUAConsole command for this).

Try downloading Shadow Keeper and loading up that save game file in it and seeing if you can delete it under the 'affects' tab.
