Thanks for the tears. They're not brought on by anything I'm
responsible for, so they're not as nutritious, but they're appreciated
nonetheless.

Ahh. I love it when people sympathize with those they imagine to be wronged.
I've decided that the OP is well intended, but misdirected, because, really, the only other way to see it would be trolling, and that would never happen here.
So, thanks for your support! We're doing okay. *thumbs-up*

Cheers!
And I agree Mr.Laidlaw, trolling is something that we've never seen on this forums

What's trolling?

I have faith in BioWare, and I will continue to have that faith until they give me a reason not to.

Besides, I don't think EA has that much say in how BioWare does things.

Mr. Gaider, come on. We know you feed on our fear, but also our tears?
We're doomed.

So they use our tears to power the coffee machine and for food purposes. Never knew tears were so versatile.

We writers have always fed on your tears. The part where we get to enjoy watching people melodramatically throw themselves around the forums while they rend their shirts is just an added bonus.

I don't know what the OP really wants us to say. It's a win/win for the pessimist-- if we do go under for some reason, they get to blame either EA or our hubris. If we don't, they get to blame the unwashed masses for continuing to ruin their lives. So that'll be fun for them, barring the fact that they're not getting the exact kind of game they apparently want. Not that these people ever seem to, from all I've seen on my times on the forums.

At any rate, I hope they do find a game that's exactly what they want. I'm not sure why it has to be ours-- and I'm not really sure where the OP gets his ideas on what DA2 is, to be honest, but then again I'm not sure any of us can discourage the doomsayers until and unless the game itself comes out. Then, of course, we'll have another completely different kind of doomsayer to contend with.

Exciting! :wizard:

Because ya all made one they liked over a decade ago and hold it to a higher standard so they can (excuse my language) **** on anything else you ever do that is not an exact clone of that game.

P.S.
Still waiting on a sequel to Shattered Steel. Just saying there is a clear lack of super giant blow stuff up robot games around. http://en.wikipedia....awk's_Inception of course that was one of the orignal Westwood games so I dunno if the OP is correct it would lead you further down the road to damnation and no waffles.

Now, that's scary. I didn't know tears were such a valuable food source.
Regarding the doomsayers...yes, I agree, I don't really understand them. Maybe they just had a bad day and feel the urge to blame Dragon Age 2, Bioware or EA because of that.
I don't think they'll ever find a perfect game, but meanwhile, they can continue to have fun.

BTW, I know it's not the topic, but I had to say it. I finished reading The Stolen Throne Today, and it was great. It's up there in my book shelf, between The Lord of the Rings and The Silmarillion  (I know you don't like this one, Mr. Gaider).
