Does this compilation come with all the game content ? Is there any
pre-order bonuses or add-ons that don't come with with it ? also was
there a Collector's edition for BG 1 & 2, and if so what did it come with ?

The Collectors' Edition has 2 extra merchants - but you can install them via mods, too.

The CE of BG2:SoA only came with one of the merchants. The other was on a pre-order bonus CD separate from the box.

I got the bonus CD without preordering or anything, it was attached to most of the boxes in the store.
