Hey guys,
This is my first time playing through BG2.  I had Anomen in my party for a while and we were on our way to do his quest but then I dropped him from my party before starting it.

It has been a while now and I was wondering if he is gone forever or I just can't find him?  I checked the Copper Coronet and his house in the gov. district but he isn't there.  Is he gone for good?

Probably you kicked him out in a fashion that he didn't want to meet you again. Leaving him alone, when his family needs help, was not very nice.
