Unsubscribing from a thread on the Subscribed Topics page unsubscribes the thread and takes you to the last page of it. It should simply reload the list.

I also suggest the forum category of a given thread be displayed somewhere, either for each entry or arrange threads by forum category like in BioBoards' My Topics.
