When I try to import the select button is greyed out. I cant import ANY character. I press triangle and can look at the file I am trying to import - but thats about it

Is there a fix and if not, can I get my $$$ back.

If you don't have any open save slots it won't let you import or create a new character. Otherwise... I've no ideas.
