I placed an order (either Fri or Sat)  for 2 shirts. Went through the entire process, including the authorization for paypal, etc.

Checking both the paypal and Bioware store accounts, there is no record of either  transaction, and no emails confirming them. Shopping cart is empty, as if I'd actually completed the transaction.

I never got an error message during the process stating there was an issue, so I was under the impression it went through fine at the time. Is there any way to check to see if it's just lagged in the system somewhere, before I try again? I'd rather make sure it's not there before I end up with a double order.

If you have online access to the credit card you used, you can double check that it processed on your card (or is on hold on your card). Should be under "treehouse brands" if it shows up. Otherwise, you'd need the order number that would have shown up on your screen after purchasing I think to open a support case on it.

Ok, seems like there was a glitch somewhere. Went back to see if I could find something that would indicate an order number as you suggested, and now the cart has reverted, and everything is sitting there, as if I'd never run the payment.

I think the store is being infiltrated by Geth hackers :blink:

I'm going to assume it's safe to pay for the stuff in the cart and try this again.

The store glitches/fails pretty much every time I go on there, I'd give it another shot. Worst case you can contact them and have them cancel one of the orders.
