Checking both the paypal and Bioware store accounts, there is no record of either transaction, and no emails confirming them. Shopping cart is empty, as if I'd actually completed the transaction.
I never got an error message during the process stating there was an issue, so I was under the impression it went through fine at the time. Is there any way to check to see if it's just lagged in the system somewhere, before I try again? I'd rather make sure it's not there before I end up with a double order.
