I have been going through some of the unexplored clusters trying to get 100% exploration status in them all. There has been 3 occasions when I scan all the planets and there is something unexplored (moon, satelite,etc) that is invisible and you can hear the noise that usaully occurs when you fly over a planet but with no option to investigate. Haven't been able to find anyone with this problem online hoping for help!(360)

To try and clarify when I search every planet in a cluster it is displayed as 100% explored. The problem I am having is that im at 86% and 94% with no way to land or explore these clusters fully. It occured during my playthrough and after I beat the game it allowed me to explore one of the 3 finally but with 2 still incomplete. Thanks if anyone has had similar problem.

Sometimes there's a noise on the outer rim of a system, but that's a glitch and nothing is actually there. Sometimes the planet you're looking for is so close to the star, you can't even see it with the star's brightness. Hover your cursor around the stars for a bit.
