 i just update the game with the patch and now it will not play

Do you read the forums at all, or just blindly update your games? Sorry these topics are written almost daily now. The patch has pretty much been crap for everyone, there's a ton of threads about this. Always research first before installing a patch. Un-install your game, check keep save files, uncheck settings. then install again and don't update, are my suggestions. I'm playing perfectly without the crap patch.
