BioWare Points purchase not being recognized

I have purchased 1200 points in order to buy new contect for ME2, but the points are not being recognized when it comes time to check out.

I purchased it through PayPal, the money has already been removed from my account and I have a transaction and invoice number. I have used this method in the past and the points have been warded instantly.

Anyone else having problems after buying points not being recognized? Any suggestions on what to do?

I have made attempts to email BioWare or find a phone number, but to no avail...

A ton of people are having the same problem, and you should really talk about it on the proper forum Points Site Help...if you want to personally ask ronomac, I'd suggest sending a PM, but it looks like the problem is still ongoing. I may suggest contacting EA support - they may be able to give you a temporary fix, and you can let them know that yet another person is experiencing this issue.
