I'm beginning to become disgusted. We are at v. 1.04 and they didn't fix it?

I forgot to notice if this is a problem on Origins, but I just ran into it on Awakening.

First, let me say, of course it's reproducible...if the techs would just read through about traps/poisons menu not opening a 2nd level if you have traps in your inventory..or trapmaking as a skill...it pushes your poisons to page 2 but, although the arrow is lit showing there is more, nothing happens when you select it.

Here I am in Kal Sharok and suddenly most of my poisons are inaccessible because of 3 traps and 1 lure that I found in loot. Sudden Death, and 2 or 3 other poisons were in my inventory, but of course, because I couldn't access anything beyond the first ring, there was no way to access them to use them.

This has been a well-known and discussed issue since the beginning of the game. I was so hoping that the updates would include a fix for this. Imagine my disappointment.

What did the fix even fix if not these seriously broken items?

I'm using a newish 360 with the latest updates. But this is not device dependent, or there wouldn't have been a history of these exact issues going back since the launch of Origins.

Where are the devs? Why are they not addressing the issues brought to them? Why do bugs remain unfixed, when they completely disallow a whole arm of gameplay? Nobody in the group can use traps without messing up the poisons menu for any rogues (or others) who use poisons and bombs. Which means NO TRAPS at all can be allowed. Which means I never even learned how to use traps and lures until I bought the PC version.

I am aghast at the lack of attention to such serious problems by such a high-profile, supposedly professional company. It boggles the mind. How does anyone stay in business if one releases such broken product, and then goes a year without commenting or fixing the problem???

EA and Bioware, pay attention. Keep it up. Cut corners on tech support and fixes. Go ahead. You'll ALL be jobless in a five years because nobody will trust you enough to buy any more of your product. ONce bitten...twice shy. And certainly after 3 times... Bioware, your reputation lags. You may know how to tell a story...more or less....but if the games you release don't at least eventually get fixed, those of us who expect value for our dollar are going to spend them elsewhere. And once we stop buying...especially if we (like i have) give you another chance (after you essentially screwed the story in ME2)... and we get bit once again, we won't be back a third time.

Please get your technical sh*t together and start supporting your products. It's worth your reputation and your bottom line to both acknowledge your customers and to take the time and effort to fix bugs that have been reported for a year that break certain platforms of the game.

I find this a bit unbelievable. But then, I still have my money in a bank. More the fool am I. Corporations are ruining everything. I hope they have given some thought to what they will devour once they have completely impoverished and depleted all their customer base?

--sign me, most disappointed.
