Ok so I am having an issue with getting stuck on the walls. Sometimes I am up against a wall on cover and I am getting stuck on it. I can't move forward, backward, or sideways. I have to load up a previous save and do the thing all over again. Is there a way to get unstuck or am I just doomed to have to continuely reload a previous spot. Any ideas or fixes would be appreciated.
In a second problem I am having is that when I try to download some of the Downloadable content it locks up my computer saying my browser is not responding? Is this a known issues and if so is there a fix for this? Thank you for any help you can give in this matter.

The floating-into-the-air bug affects everyone, and there isn't usually anything to do but reload. You can look up coalesced editing and bind yourself a key to "ghost," aka "clip," through objects; that sometimes helps get people out of situations. About all I can advise otherwise is to use space bar to get in and out of cover as much as possible rather than running forward into walls.
That second problem I have never heard of anyone having. Generally speaking, a website should not be capable of locking up your computer, especially one like EA's that is not trying to do anything intensive or exploitive. What browser are you using on what OS? I would think the first thing to do would be to try a different browser, i.e. if you're using Firefox try Chrome or vice versa.
