You can with the toolset, as far as I know there is no other way though.

After much searching, I think the modders say that:
You can make a face from scratch with the toolset, then use that to replace your saved-game character's face. However, you cannot import the saved-game character's face into the toolset, and just modify it (to save time and effort of making from scratch).
However, I'm not sure if this is possible:
Can you somehow "write down" the numerical values of your saved-game chara's face morph, so that you can recreate it quickly in the toolset, then go about modify that?
