Not hate, but it's not for me. I left the age of mindless hack&slash behind after I grew out of the arcades with games like Golden Axe. That's why Bioware games appealed to me, it was so much more mature, and you actually had to use your brains with strategic combat and such.

Some people are seriously making a mountain out of a molehill, judging a game that isn't due out for at least 5 more months on 1 minute and 45 seconds of out of context, not fully optimised gameplay footage?

Yeah the change already came to Mass Effect 2.
Change from RPG into shooter with branching dialogue lines and meaningless skills/leveling and 2-3 weapons per category to choose from.
So no people aren't afraid of changes as DA1 definitly was average at most and required serious improvements in story and gameplay but they are afraid it will be oversimplified like ME2 was.
Anyway since the only way i can vote in meaningfull matter is with money i won't be buying their games first day anymore but rather when they release as classics till they decide it's time for "change to come" into direction of Kotor 1.
PS. My avatar never was so close to my emotions as in the moment when I saw that gameplay video.
PS2. Why someone would tell it looks like DMC or GoW is beyond my understanding it's obviously Dynasty Warriors lookalike

And why are you not a fan? Her music is lighthearted, simple, not complex, the lyrics don't require a lot of thinking or contemplating whilst her multi-million dollar productions have no doubt some very skilled folks behind the scenes working on it?

Besides Varrics version that we've seen here, did you get the chance to play the non exaggerated part and how was it?
