Ok, got the points from Andy, highly recommend using the chat feature, make sure to have the transaction references handy, they should ne in you inbox of the email adress you use for Paypal.

it has just happend to me. i bought 1600 points and not recieved. iv contacted EA, hope they get back to me :(. how do you do live chat with them? help please.

I have this problem as well. Glad I found this found. Going to try the chat system now. It's been about a week and half with no response from their support@ea.com email address. So frustrating and ridiculous that this is still an issued after months.

Grr same problem, went through chat support and the guy Simon was very helpful and gave me my points then and there, wasn't a long wait either. Had to send screen shot of paypal transaction as proof.

Same exact problem here.  I thought others might want to know how the situation is playing out.

I attempted to order 800 Bioware points on January 11 via PayPal.  After ordering, the page failed to load.  The Bioware points failed to appear in my account, though my PayPal account was charged.  I tried again using Internet Explorer, and the same thing happened.  I then ordered via credit card and the order went through fine.  So I filed two disputes on PayPal (now escalated to claims) and saw no response from Bioware.

Pasted below is the transcript from online chat (took about 30 minutes of my day):

Andy: Hi, my name is Andy. How may I help you?

failed.  My PayPal account was billed, but no points appeared in my account balance. 

I attempted a third time using credit card, and it went through fine.  Then I filed

two PayPal claims, which have now escalated to disputes.  I've also established

through searching the Bioware forums that I am not the only one who encountered this

problem.

I had the same problem, the screen after paypal would not load. I tried it twice, and was charged twice. I opened a dispute in paypal, but no responses so far.

Edit: After waiting on EA online support for 5 minutes, all I had to provide was my e-mail and the amount purchased. I was charged twice when I only purchased once, but was provided equal points for what I paid for. Did not have to provide a screenshot.

I had the same problem with Paypal last night - I waited till this morning, my account still said 0 points. I chatted with a tech rep and all he did was tell me to check my account again. I refreshed my account page and suddenly it's sitting at 1600, which wasn't the case when I entered the chat.
