I'm not sure if this is a bug or not to be honest, but I assume it is, as the opposite would be rather strange.

First of all this happened on the Xbox 360 (might as well state that to remove any question regarding what version I used).
Now having just finished the three DLC campaigns; Awakening, The Golems of Amgarrak and Witch Hunt I could not help but notice that the issue with Witch Hunt seems to be present in all of them, namely that once you've completed it there's no auto-save made. That means my imported character from Awakening to Golems never killed the Mother, and that the same Warden - when imported to Witch Hunt from Golems - never killed the Harvester.

Given that the lack of an auto-save after Witch Hunt is a know issue, I assume that the other DLC campaigns are currently suffering from the same error. Or is there, in fact, not meant to be any post-campaign saves for Awakening and Golems? (Seems rather… odd if that is indeed the case)

I am interested in an answer to this as well. Is there any way to tell if an auto-save has been made from Golems, WH, or Awakening?

I think the reason there's no auto-save after killing the Mother is because you don't make any story choices after your meeting with the Architect. After your last meeting with the Architect there's a final auto-save, but as you always kill the Mother there's no need to save after killing her (as that's no a choice).

The same goes for TGoA. As there are no real story choices to be made there. Thus one can simply assume those events took place. No need to save any data.

At the end of Witch Hunt, how ever, you do choose how to deal with Morrigan and thus there's the need for an auto-save to record that choice.

Still, it’d be nice to have all your kills logged when you import your character. But, in the end all the story choices are saved for future use (except for the one in Witch Hunt, but there's an update in the works to correct that).

Apparently for Awakening at least it is a bug on the consols (like the not importing DLC items, missing codex entries, messed up world explored %, missing strongest enemy killed etc.), as on the german version of DA, Awakening creates a savegame after having defeated the Mother called "Mother´s day" ... unfortunately no patch fixed this on PS3/Xbox.

In Witch Hunt it has been fixed, there is a save created, in GoA I agree that no final save is needed.

The not importing DLC items into Awakenings is not...and never has been...a bug. It's an intentional design by the developers. A pretty stupid one I agree, but intentional. Don't hold your breath on anything getting "fixed" that's not considered broken in the first place.

well, at least the blank codex entries could have been fixed :-D Don´t consider that as intentional ;-)
