Well i used Firefox and made all 3 surveys, but it didnt unlock.

In the Menu bar on the upper side i could see it unfullfilled.

When i opened up Survey on the left downside again i could see a difference:

No.1 was grey and No.2+3 were golden.

So it showed me which one was missing. I made No.1 again and it did work.

Look for the color of the Surveys, maybe its just one missed file

Its right over the "Log In" button in the Menu screen.
On the right you have save/load game options etc.
And down on the left theres "Log In" and "Take a Survey"

I reported a bug for a similar problem. I recommend doing the same (its at the bottom of the screen)

Because I did a LOT of the achievements and unlocked many of the items. However, when I logged back in, almost everything was gone

"Logged back Inn" you mean Bioware/EA account or DAJ savegames?

When you unlocked the items they will stay unlocked unaffected by Journeys.

The problem is only, if you have suceeded only halfway like, lets say,

3/5 or 1/3 parts in the achievements and everything will be lost.

You know, I have logged in and out a million times and have had absolutely no problems with the unlockable items. Maybe I'm just lucky. ;P

I had an issue once with it "forgetting" I killed two monsters in one hit. However, I did it a second time and it recorded. I think it is a problem with their servers sometimes. I can't give any advice, though. I used Firefox, if that helps.

The only problem Ive had other than not being able to save is being unable to link my xbl account with the ea account.

Try doing all the surveys without logging out inbetween. I had the same problem but that's the way I got the unlock.

I had the same problem at first. Then i tried a way around it. Do the surveys in Internet explorer and fight one mob pack. Then the game should register it on your account. Atleast that's how it worked for me.
