Right after Horizon, you can do all the Illium stuff, sidequests for Liara, etc. and then you can do the SB mission, at least it was that way for me ( started a fresh game ). It was available before I talked to Liara, so maybe you don't have to do the sidequests, but it seems logical to do those first. Playing xbox.

i thinks its all a personal thing i did liaras side quest when i first got to illium the did my recuitment stuff and what not, i went on and beat the main missions collector base and what not then returned to illium to do the SB mission some people may do the SB stuff first but it to me feels better to to do it after your main missions

lol didnt even know the cars were targetable...



i did it on my lvl 30 NG+ Assault-AR sentinel on insanity, without dying once

Assault Sentinel w/ GPS + Energy Drain - Cast ED on mobs as they fly in, charge in and shotgun/melee everything to death. Reapply Tech Armor as needed. Both Liara and Miranda died within the first minute of combat, but I didn't even notice until I'd already cleared the area.



Other than Assault Sent., I've only done the area with my Dominate Engineer (which was a totally different experience). I have a Widow Soldier w/ Mattock save right before this fight too... brb
