Escargo are fantastic and are not land snails honeySnails - leave them in the wineyards or kill them all....
I know how to cook them. A pain in the ass, yet delicious.

It does: ribeye.

Today I had a quite nice dinner, one of my dad´s faves: grilled salmon with a nice orange sauce.

I have this home made Honey Mustard marinade I've been making for at least 28 years. It goes great on Ribeye, pork chops, Barbecued Chicken and, even better, it works wonderfully on Salmon, Snapper and Roughy.
Still, though, Salmon with orange sauce sounds pretty good. I love Orange Chicken with peanuts or almonds. And Salmon Almondine (which I also make -- I love to cook, I love to eat, so it's hard to have just one favorite) goes really well with a Hollandaise sauce, but even better with a coconut based marinade. Rum and Yum!

Self made (or in my case my mothers, other than dealing with meat I suck at cooking and baking) from not too white flour, straight from oven while they are still warm.
