Thats what I meant. Too white, while sweet, is bad. Graham style grinding is the best.

I don't care if eating crusty Italian bread brings on the next ice age, it's hard to beat a good loaf of bread for an occasional treat. Especially with a nice, cheap chianti. And there are lots of nice, cheap chiantis.
