Hello all!
I'm trying to dual Sarevok to a cleric, for which he needs better Wisdom. I'm looking for a good, user-friendly character editor to do this with. I've tried using Shadow Keeper, but the thing is damn near incomphrehnsible to me and I can't find a guide on how to flip one simple number from 10 to 18. Any suggestions or tips?

What's the problem with Shadowkeeper? I find it straightforward enough.
Could it be that you're trying to edit the character file of Sarevok while Sarevok is already in your party? In that case of course you wouldn't see the result - you need to edit the Sarevok in your savegame party. Alternatively, you could try this cheat:
CLUAConsole:CreateItem("BOOK08")
Do this 7 times for 7 tomes of wisdom.

Thanks for the reply! I dunno, I just couldn't find a decent guide for shadowkeeper, dos programs just aren't my thing.
That said, I tried the book route, and while that does generate tomes of Understanding that are supposed to add wisdom, they says they're supposed to be use in the quick item slot, but when I try to place them there it says "Wrong item type". This applies to all the party, not just Sarevok. How can I rectify this?

Hm. Did BG2 make them unusable?
Maybe you can use them by the old potion-swap method (order Sarevok to drink a potion in the inventory screen, switch the potion with the tome and finally go back to the main screen). But really, your best bet would probably be Shadowkeeper...

Yes BG2 does make them unusable. For whatever reason I don't know.Humanoid_Taifun wrote...

Yeah, that won't work since I can't put the book into quickslots at all.
So, if that's the case...I have no clue how to even begin with shadowkeeper. I started it up using Run, and now I have no idea which slash command I even need to use.
Edit: To make sure I'm using the right program, it IS this link, right? http://www.mud-maste...eper/index.html

Oh! I was using the wrong program. That site wasn't the correct site. Sorry, the real shadowkeeper is much easier to use :-D

For some reason the Intelligence tomes work but not the Wisdom ones. Don't know which others work. Then again, it's essentially irrelevant with ShadowKeeper.
