Hello, I have a bit of a problem here. So when we got ME2, the Cerberus Network code came with it of course. My sisters and I all have our own account but on one console. Nonetheless I remember the CN content working fine for all of us, we all had Zaeed, alternate costumes, ect. ect.

However, our 360 died a while back and we had it replaced. We had all our stuff transferred to a new drive and everything seems intact. But now the Cerberus Network stuff only works for one of us (the person I think who entered the code and downloaded it first when we got ME2). For me and my other sister, it says "downloads corrupted, please redownload". However we can't even get into the Cerberus Network. It just asks for the code and it says 'already in use'. So now, we'd each have to buy a new Cerberus code or rebuy the content we lost. Sucks, eh?

Granted, we all have different accounts, but I KNOW this one CN code worked for all three of us before, we didn't have to buy three seperate codes.

So I assume something happened when we changed Xboxes...but I don't know what's wrong. Should we try clearing the cache and redownloading everything or something? Or has EA actually changed this and made it so we all have to buy a freakin' CN code??

Did XBox transfer all your licenses to your new XBox 360? I'd start there first.
