Hello. I am having the same problem. If I try to login from within the game it says I am disconnected.

If I look at the "Downloadable content" section, it displays the available content, so obviously the game is able to connect to the net.

I dont have a firewall on the PC at the moment, and in general my router is very good with games and applications, but if it is a port issue, I need to know what ports I need to forward to the game.

Until I can login, I cant download or use the free DLC I got with the game.

Mine says I'm not online too and won't let me log in. I put in a support request over a week ago about it and they said I would hear back within 24 hours... 8 days later and I still haven't heard a word.

I have the same problem. My first game works fine, but I've since started a new game and I cannot access my DLC stuff.

His start and then run. Type in service.msc. Scroll down until you see Dragon Age Origins. Right click on it and go to properties. Under start-up options change it to automatic.. Then click on start, apply changes and you should be good to go.

I have the same problem as the original poster . it just says u are not connected to the internet. nothing seems to fix the problem and I cant find any solutions on these forums, I tried the fix Ambushbug73 mention above, still the same problem, anyone know how to fix this problem? This is really what I feared and expected from EA when they took over Bioware. The old Bioware would have included this content in the game to begin with for free and if there was a problem would fix it in a matter of days and would keep us informed. The original poster started this thread 3 weeks ago and no reply from ea or bioware and no fix either. But EA only care about there share holders profits and are treating all of Biowares loyal fans with contempt. they should have stuck to making shoddy madden sequils instead of canabalising Bioware. Curse you Bono.

Account created with BIO and EA...still won't accept my password at login. Absolutely f***ing frustrating.

Many of us have been experiencing the OP's problem since launch, including myself. See my post here. So far, no solution. Personally, I called EA's phone support, and was eventually escalated to Tier 3. That was over two weeks ago. I've heard nothing since.

Check the awesome DLC help faq amongst the stickies on the forum, specifically the part where it explains how to reinstall the service.

If the password is not recognised there isnt much we can do, try changing the password on your profile. It sounds like a problem on the server end if this is the case. I do however assume you all are convinced you did not misspell your password or had caps on or switched keyboard modes with CTRL+SHIFT.

PS i love the topic title : Internet not found.

Try removing special characters from your password if you have any.
